Standard Services

(Performed at each cleaning)

  • Remove all trash in wastebaskets.
  • Vacuum all floor areas. Vacuum all rugs.
  • Vacuum one room of baseboards each time we clean.
  • Spray down bathrooms and clean thoroughly.
  • Dust all furniture, tops, sides and bottom. We use a diaper and a wood cleaner to capture the dust.
  • Windex TM all bathroom mirrors, tables and TV and computer screens
  • Clean stove, microwave (outside) and dishwasher.
  • Clean all windowsills with a wet and dry rag to remove stains.
  • Bleach all kitchen counters, moving everything and wipe down objects on counter.
  • Dust ceiling fans. Empty ashtrays and clean.
  • Mop all floor areas in home. Shake throw rugs, and fold neatly.

3-In-A-Row for Biweekly Customer to Bring Up to Weekly Service
  • Clean three weeks in a row (second week being the extra week).
  • We come into your home and clean like any other time except:
  • Instead of dusting the furniture we do all the up stuff including return air vents, ceiling fans, cob webs, high shelves and ledges.
  • The door ledges are all cleaned with a damp rag.
  • Everything up high is dusted including mini-blinds and top of all pictures.
  • On the next visit we clean all door jams, light switches, and all the glass on the pictures on the wall.
  • This will take a few weeks to get all this done.
  • We recommend this to be done every three to five months.
  • We have a twenty-five dollar charge on top of your regular cleaning fee for this service.

  • Fireplaces cleaned of ashes.
  • Hand scrub and seal floor areas.
  • Hand scrub baseboards.
  • Garbage disposal cleaned and freshened.
  • Upon a new start showers and tubs may need de-limed.

  • Ovens cleaned. Refrigerators cleaned.
  • If not doing three weeks in a row, clean mini blinds
